Allyson Sturrock is an experienced and caring Physiotherapist who is based in Adelaide, South Australia. She has over 15 years of experience working in both private practice and the hospital system. In this time, she has worked extensively with a wide range of musculoskeletal and women’s health patients.

Providing high quality antenatal and postnatal care to women is something that Allyson is passionate about. Allyson loves being able to assist women during during this exciting time in their lives and believes strongly that whilst pain and discomfort may be common during this time, it can usually be  effectively managed with the right care.

 

Allyson also loves treating a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders. She utilises many different treatment techniques in order to find what works best for each individual. She works with patients to provide relief as well as to identify and manage the cause and contributors to the problem to achieve the best outcomes.

Western acupuncture and dry needling are other areas that Allyson is skilled in. She finds that these modalities complement her other Physiotherapy skills beautifully and loves that they provide exciting, and often fast, results, for musculoskeletal and other pain-related conditions.

Achieving health in a holistic way is Allyson's greatest passion - both for herself and her patients.

THE PRACTICE

Allyson is consulting from Balance Body & Soul Massage & Wellness Studio in St Agnes. This studio offers a relaxing and comfortable setting to receive treatment. Massage therapy and hypnotherapy are also offered onsite by other health professionals.The practice has EFTPOS facilities and provides on the spot claiming with most health funds. Free parking is also available on site.
